Title: Blue Crabs Yet?? Post by: RiverRat on May 27, 2007, 10:59:21 AM Was wondering if anyone came accross any blue crabs yet? I'm interested in finding some in the Niantic/Old Lyme areas. Thanks in advance

I have heard that the crabs are now all over the CT coast line. I did well on the incoming tide last Sat. 45 keepers in 5 hrs on hand lines. Bob :) Title: Re: Blue Crabs Yet?? On a whim, I went to the Guilford/Madison state boat launch last Sunday night and only got 2 keepers. Not much action at all. I'm from North Branford and am looking for a local consistant spot to hit when the tides are right. Pipe dream, huh? Bob :uglystupid2: Title: Re: Blue Crabs Yet?? Any details on where you go off exit 62? I used to head up to New London area but it's a bit of a haul for me. Thanks!
